Career

Michael Timpone is an asset finance attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and serves as co-chair of the Maritime Industry Team as well as head of the Transportation Finance Team. Mr. Timpone focuses his practice on the representation of lenders and borrowers in secured loans and other financings in the maritime industry. He also regularly advises on the formation of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), asset finance transactions, securities transactions and restructurings.
