Michel has more than 15 years of professional experience, he specializes on international trade and antidumping.

Michel provides legal advice to local and foreign companies for the development of international trade strategies, with regards to the existing import and export mechanisms provided within the Mexican legal framework (IMMEX, drawback, PROSEC y fiscal deposit Eighth Rule, bonded warehouse, certification scheme) as well as guidance in applying several tax benefits, tax benefits, contained in the multiple International Agreements signed by Mexico. He also obtains permits, registrations and authorizations required before the competent authorities, such as COFEPRIS, SENASICA, SEDENA, among others, for the importation or exportation of goods depending on their tariff classification. Also, in the evaluation of the impacts and support in the attention of administrative procedures in customs matter, domiciliary visits, as well as revisions of cabinet initiated by the Service of Tributary Administration or by the States until its total conclusion and, in case of being necessary elaboration and pursuit of the diverse means of defense (appeal of revocation, judgment of nullity, direct and indirect protection, appeal of reconsideration and appeal of revision, conclusive agreements, arbitration or mediation, etc.)
