Daniel has more than 16 years of professional experience in intellectual property, franchising, licensing and technology matters.

His practice focuses on helping clients maximize the operation and profitability of their intangible assets by developing and executing legal strategies, whether they implement technology (NFTs, Blockchain) or not, domestically and internationally.

In addition, he currently co-leads the firm's Tech Law Practice Group focused on assisting companies in the digital environment that have evolved or entered Web 3.0, IoT, IoB, and the Metaverse.
