With more than 24 years of professional experience, Paola is the Partner in charge of the telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT), e-commerce, and privacy and data protection practice areas. Her interest in innovative issues led her to dedicate herself to these practice areas, in which she advises multiple international clients in the implementation of their businesses in Mexico, as well as national companies and the government.

She has also carried out analysis to implement, from a transactional and regulatory point of view, several investments and businesses in these sectors, including telecommunications, satellite, and streaming service providers.

She has reviewed, negotiated, and prepared the terms and conditions and contractual structures for the e- commerce operations in Mexico of several national and international clients, including their privacy notices and policies, contracts for the processing of personal data, and other related documentation. She has also represented several clients in proceedings before the INAI.
