Andrés has more than 5 years of professional experience advising national and international clients in aviation finance transactions. His practice focuses on cross- border transactions related to the acquisition, leasing and financing of private and commercial aircraft, helicopters and engines, representing and advising lenders, lessors, financial institutions, owners, operators and governmental entities in the structure and implementation of guaranteed schemes and regulatory work before Mexican authorities. He has also participated in restructurings, insolvency and default situations of Mexican airlines.

He also advises and represents domestic and foreign air carriers (commercial, private and cargo) operating in Mexico as well as foreign companies in structuring and negotiating a full range of commercial agreements and numerous disputes resulting in the successful repossession of assets through settlement and alternative methods of dispute resolution.

As to his banking and finance practice, Andrés has advised domestic and international financial institutions, in domestic and cross-border financial transactions, with emphasis in project finance.
