Michał Wojciechowski is an attorney-at-law heading the Public Contracts practice at Eversheds Sutherland Poland.
He specializes in public procurement law. He has over 13 years of experience in providing legal advice to businesses on matters relating to contracts in the investment process.
He represents clients before the National Appeals Chamber and common courts, as well as advises on the implementation stage of a contract concluded as a result of a public procurement procedure.
Michał has advised on significant investments in road and rail infrastructure. He supported companies from the medical sector in tender proceedings. He has extensive practice in public-private partnership (PPP) projects. He also represented clients in defence and security procurement. He holds a security clearance for access to classified information.
He is the author of more than 40 publications in the field of public procurement law, including co-writing the commentary to Directive 2014/24/EU published by C.H. Beck in October 2015.
Michał is a member of the Public Procurement Law Association and serves as Vice-Chair of the Public Procurement Law Section of the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He is a lecturer at postgraduate and MBA studies.

Krakow Fast Tram Line – win before NAC
The National Appeal Chamber has dismissed in its entirety an appeal filed by one of the participants in a procedure conducted by the City of Krakow Road Administration to select a private partner to design, build, finance and then maintain the "Krakow Fast Tram Line, stage 4" in Krakow.
Rail Baltica at NAC: a win for DZP client
DZP successfully represented the consortium of China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation and China Railway 19th Bureau Group before the NAC in a dispute over the largest investment in the railway sector in recent years, i.e. a 71 km section of the Rail Baltica international route.
