Michał specialises in Polish and EU public procurement law and in the broadly understood subject of investment agreements. In his daily work he advises public and private entities at every stage of public procurement procedures. In particular Michał has extensive experience in preparing tender documentation, representing clients before the National Appeal Chamber and common courts and in providing legal advice during the performance of public contracts. He is also involved in projects subsidised from EU funds concerning the imposition of financial adjustments and in legal issues concerning electromobility. He also conducts training courses and workshops for contractors and contracting authorities on public procurement law.
