Michael specialises in all aspects of residential landlord and tenant work with particular emphasis on Human Rights, anti-social behaviour and regulatory matters. He has been instructed in multi-handed injunction claims involving organised crime groups and also minors.
Experienced in claims under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and claims arising following stock transfers.
Regularly instructed on behalf of local authorities, Housing Associations and by specialist tenant advisers including not for profit bodies.
Recently obtained a renewable three-year ‘persons unknown’ injunction on behalf of a consortium of four local authorities to prevent ‘car cruising’.
