He is an experienced practitioner representing debtors, creditors’ committees, Chapter 7 trustees, and fiduciaries in fraud-related cases where he advocates for victims of Ponzi schemes and financial frauds. In addition, his practice encompasses both the prosecution and defense of all forms of complex bankruptcy litigation, including preference, fraudulent transfers, and complex contested matters. Additionally, Mike’s practice extends to assisting property owners, developers, and lenders in commercial real estate, including the acquisition, sale, leasing, and development of real property.
