As manager of Berger Singerman's Corporate, Securities and M&A Practice Group and former co-chair of its Business, Finance & Tax Team, David Black handles substantial, complex transactions on behalf of national and international clients across numerous industries including SaaS, healthcare, construction, manufacturing and distribution, transportation/logistics, and marine. He has led acquisitions spanning the globe and valuing well in excess of $500 million. Additionally, David regularly serves as general counsel to entrepreneurial and institutional businesses, advising in a broad array of matters. He has been recognized for professional excellence by the South Florida Business Journal, the M&A Advisor, and the Daily Business Review.
