Jordi Guso is a business lawyer with a focus on financial restructuring, insolvency, litigation and distressed M&A work. He often represents debtors, official committees and secured creditors in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency and debtor-creditor relations. Mr. Guso's experience includes the representation of stakeholders in multiple aviation-related cases, construction, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, distribution and professional services. He has been involved in matters throughout the country and in Latin America. He also serves as the managing partner of Berger Singerman LLP.
