Brian Rich's practice includes representation of debtors, committees, Trustees and creditors. He has served as the firm’s lead bankruptcy counsel in numerous complex Chapter 11 cases, spanning various industries, including healthcare, real estate, retail and hospitality. Brian has overseen the reorganization and wind-down of large cases with claims ranging from $10 million to over $1.5 billion for clients throughout Florida and nationally. Additionally, he represents real estate developers in out-of-court restructurings and is a trusted advisor to clients who he assisted in navigating through the Great Recession. Mr. Rich also represents bankruptcy trustees in numerous fraud cases seeking recovery for victims of frauds. He received his JD from University of Miami and BS from Temple University.
