Recognized among the top trial lawyers in the United States, Mike McNamara has an extensive track record of successfully resolving a wide range of complex litigation matters involving malpractice, securities, fraud, RICO, patent, antitrust, intellectual property, insurance, class action, breach of contract, real estate and employment issues. He is a co-chair of the firm's nationally recognized Law Firm and Professional Services Defense Practice and previously served on Jenner & Block’s national Policy Committee.

Mike is a leader within the Los Angeles legal community. He has served as president of the board of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, on the State Committee for Southern California of the ACTL, and on the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section for the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
