Career

Recognized among the top trial lawyers in the United States, Mike McNamara has an extensive track record of successfully resolving a wide range of complex litigation matters involving malpractice, securities, fraud, RICO, patent, antitrust, intellectual property, insurance, class action, breach of contract, real estate and employment issues. A “lawyer’s lawyer,” he is frequently sought out by the nation’s leading law firms to handle their most sensitive professional liability matters. He serves on Jenner & Block’s national Policy Committee and as a co-chair of the Law Firms and Professional Services Practice.

Mike is a Fellow of both the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) and of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL), two of the most prestigious and selective professional trial organizations globally. Mike is a leader within the Los Angeles legal community. He has served as president of the board of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, on the State Committee for Southern California of the ACTL, and on the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section for the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
