David Singer

In 2022, David represented Paramount Pictures, MTV, and the producers of the film Jackass Forever in a lawsuit brought by actor Bam Margera. Jenner & Block brought an anti-SLAPP motion, and the court struck Margera’s claims for injunctive relief, paving the way for an out of court settlement. The Los Angeles Times called David a "Legal Visionary." Just as important, his clients call him "fun to work with" — a rare tribute in settings where so much is on the line.
