Micah Skidmore

Micah Skidmore is a partner in the Insurance Coverage Practice Group at Haynes Boone, LLP. Micah represents corporate policyholders on significant insurance coverage disputes involving a variety of third-party and first-party claims. Skidmore works with risk managers and brokers in negotiating manuscript policies and advises clients on insurance and indemnity issues in corporate transactions. He is currently a Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel and a member of the editorial board of Law360’s Insurance Authority for Property. He is a former Chair of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the Dallas Bar Association, National Co-Chair of Young Risk Professionals and member of the Insurance Law Council of the Texas Bar Association. Skidmore is a graduate of Brigham Young University and frequent author/speaker on insurance coverage issues.
