We also serve as Special Insurance Coverage Counsel to the Boy Scouts of America in its Chapter 11 proceeding in which the reorganization plan proposed currently has a compensation fund totaling more than $2.6 billion, which would the largest aggregate sexual abuse settlement in U.S. history.
