Steven Koch is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes and Boone's New York office. He focuses his practice in real estate law. Steven has closed many large, complex transactions for a variety of clients, including financial institutions, venture funds and private developers. He has been involved in joint ventures, multi-state lending, loan workouts, development work, sale-leaseback transactions, the purchase and sale of real property and loans, and construction contracting. In addition, Steven has a deep level of experience in subordinate debt matters.
