Barry I Buchman

Barry Buchman is a partner at Haynes Boone. His practice focuses on representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage matters, including those involving general liability coverage for toxic tort and environmental claims, directors and officers (“D&O”) coverage, professional liability coverage, and coverage for "first-party" losses such as property damage and business interruption. He has developed a particular expertise in matters involving D&O coverage, including for shareholder lawsuits and government investigations. Barry also has extensive experience representing clients in the private equity and automotive spaces; his clients include one of the world’s leading private equity firms and one of the largest diversified automotive companies in the world.
