Neal Kaminsky

Neal Kaminsky’s finance practice spans over 25 years. Neal structures, documents and negotiates finance transactions of various types, sizes and complexities in the corporate and middle markets where he represents arrangers, agents, lenders or borrower parties in broadly syndicated, club and bilateral loan facilities. His practice areas include, among others, commercial and industrial, sponsor-backed leveraged finance and asset-based lending transactions, upstream, midstream and oilfield service financing transactions, project finance, and real estate construction, development and term debt financings. Over the course of his career Neal has developed a broad and deep experience in the debt market from loan origination to workouts, foreclosures, and debtor-in-possession financings. Neal’s practice and experience includes many facets of the capital stack and includes navigating clients through the life-cycle of senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt facilities, and negotiating various types of intercreditor agreements, from first lien/second lien, FILO, and split lien, among other structures. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, and the Houston chapters of the Association for Corporate Growth and Turnaround Management Association.
