Claudia has more than 20 years of experience in Public Law, Regulatory, Environment, Energy and Natural Resources matters. She advises companies in matters of environmental impact assessment of projects and defenses before State agencies; concession granting processes; reports on institutionality and environmental regulation; participation in due diligence and advice on litigious matters related to her practice areas.
