Career

Claudia has more than 20 years of experience in Public Law, Regulatory, Environment, Energy and Natural Resources matters. In addition, Claudia has been recognized by Chambers & Partners for her practice in the Environment area. She advises companies in matters of environmental impact assessment of projects and defenses before State agencies; concession granting processes; reports on institutionality and environmental regulation; participation in due diligence and advice on litigious matters related to her practice areas. Claudia has worked for more than 10 years in public sector institutions.
