Eduardo Tirado

Real Estate

Eduardo Tirado is a principal associate of the Corporate Law and Real Estate practice at the Santiago Office.

He has centered his practice on giving advice to corporate and real estate companies from diverse areas (construction companies, real estate, retail, telecommunications, ecommerce investments, investment funds, asset intermediation, etc.); participation in processes of acquisition and sale of companies; continuous advice to management and development teams and business administration of different areas.

As a result of his extensive practice in real estate matters, he maintains particularly solid ties with clients in the field, having a clear leadership and being a reference in corporate and real estate matters within the team.

With more than 15 years of experience, Eduardo has been featured in Chambers & Partners (2018 – 2019 – 2020 - 2021 “Associate to Watch”), The Legal 500 (2019 – 2020 - 2021 “Rising Star”) y Leading Lawyers Chile, 2020 edition nominated as “Abogado Joven más Destacado”, all of the above in the Real Estate practice.

In the academic field, he served as Instructor Professor at the Civil Law department (2013 to 2018), and is currently Professor of the Course of Title Deed Studies of the Diploma in Real Estate Law of the Company (2012 to date) and Professor of the Department of Commercial Law (2019 to date), teaching the General and Particular Aspects of Commercial Contracting Business Law, all of the above at the University of Los Andes.
