Career
He joined Aldunate & Cia in 2004. Then he worked in Chadwick & Aldunate between 2005 and 2012. From 2012 he joined as a partner at Reymond & Fleischmann Abogados. From 2016 to December 2020, he worked in Reymond & Cía, as a partner.
In 2021 he founded Riquelme, Silva & Fuentes.
He is also a professor of the Diploma Course in Construction Law at the University of Los Andes, Católica del Norte and of the Concessions Law course at Universidad del Desarrollo.
He is a professor of public works construction contracting in the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Valparaíso.
From 2021 he is a professor in the Diploma in Real Estate Law and Business at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Professional Memberships
He is a member of the ICC Arbitration Commission in Chile and of the Chilean chapter of the Spanish Arbitration Club (CEIA) as a director since 2023.
He is partner and director of the Chilean Society of Construction Law, member the Society of Construction Law, UK.
He is also a member of the Chilean Bar Association, member of the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB), collaborator and member of the Public Procurement Observatory of the University of Zaragoza, member of the International Bar Association (IBA), member of the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce of Chile.
From 2022 member of International Chapter of the AFDCI (Association Francaise Pour le Droit de la Construction).

He has written articles and given numerous lectures and conferences related to his area of specialization (arbitration, construction law and public works concessions).
Personal
Law degree and LLM from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
He completed postgraduate studies in Administrative Law in Spain and France.
