Career

Jorge focuses his practice on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, and Civil and Commercial Law, providing strategic advice to a wide range of clients. He is especially active in transactions of private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and internal reorganizations of all types of companies. Likewise, he has developed an important practice in facing and resolving disputes between partners and shareholders.
