Maulin Vidwans

Maulin Vidwans leads the firm's Commercial Finance Group. He handles commercial and real estate finance transactions, on a regional and national basis, representing national commercial banks and other capital sources in a wide-range of debt and equity transactions including M&A and timeshare financing transactions as well as loan restructurings.

Maulin’s clients include national, regional, and local financial institutions, finance companies, real estate developers, and other corporate and commercial parties. He handles a variety of complex commercial and real estate finance transactions, involving acquisition financing, leveraged buy-outs and roll-up financings, cash flow and asset-based financing, syndicated loan financing, second lien and mezzanine financing, subordinated financing and intercreditor matters, construction and development financing, and forbearance, workout and restructuring of troubled loans.
