Matt Wirthlin assists clients with virtually all areas of the real estate industry, with special emphasis in commercial development and land use.

He represents a wide range of commercial clients in negotiating and closing multi-million dollar large-scale real estate transactions, in due diligence, purchasing, selling, leasing, and financing.

In his business law practice, Matt advises real estate clients in structure and organization and drafting and negotiating corporate transaction documents. He takes great pride in shepherding and partnering with his clients to get deals done.
