Matthew Pearson

Dr. Pearson’s practice focuses on patent litigation, representing numerous key industry players in pharmaceuticals, chemistry and biology, with a particular focus on biologics and antibody technology. He holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry and, before transitioning to law, worked at the National Institutes of Health. His scientific background has allowed him to successfully litigate major patent disputes involving biologics, an extremely competitive and technically complex field.
