Mathew acts for Australian Government agencies and departments, and international clients in regulated industries including healthcare, telecommunications and financial services. He serves on the ACT Government’s Procurement Board.

Mathew advises on complex procurement and contracting, outsourcing and managed services, cybersecurity, software and cloud services, privacy and data protection, data licensing, technology commercialisation, bespoke technology solutions and transaction structuring, and procurement strategy and template development. He regularly conducts privacy impact assessments for Australian Government and State Government clients on major projects and has published articles on digital economy topics including a guide on pharma and privacy laws in Australia.
