Steve specialises in all aspects of procurement, outsourcing and construction projects, particularly in relation to major equipment, services and infrastructure.

He regularly advises on commercial contracts, tender processes, IT contracts, risk and liability, intellectual property, probity, grant programs and public governance and accountability legislation.

Steve advises clients on all phases of procurement and construction projects, including providing strategic advice, developing acquisition strategies, conducting risk analyses, drafting, and negotiating contract and tender documentation and advising on contract administration issues.

He has extensive experience in developing contracting models including alliance agreements, managing contractor contracts, performance based contracts and private financing arrangements.
