The transaction saw SingPost's share of the company increase to 98 per cent. It then acquired the final two per cent it did not own in a separate transaction. David advised the shareholders since 2020 as SingPost progressively grew its stake in the company. The total consideration for the company was around A$434 million.

Incannex Healthcare - Advising on the delisting of previously dual ASX and Nasdaq listed Incannex Healthcare from ASX and the re-domiciliation of that Australian company to Delaware, USA as a solely Nasdaq listed entity.
