Mateusz has more than 18 years of experience in legal advisory for business. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked for 15 years in the banking and finance team of a leading international law firm, where he led the real estate finance practice.

He supports clients, in particular, in real estate, corporate and acquisition financing transactions, acting for both financing parties and sponsors. His experience also includes structured financing and RES projects. He has extensive expertise in debt securitization and debt securities issuance.
