Martin is a partner in Freshfields’ competition team and is based in both London and Brussels. He helps clients manage their strategy in relation to competition law issues and covers all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including merger control, antitrust, market reviews, subsidy control and foreign investment. He also leads the firm’s international trade practice.
Qualified at Freshfields in 2003 and became partner in 2014.
Author of the competition law chapters in Garzaniti, ‘Electronic Communications, Audiovisual Services and the Internet’ (2020).
