Martin is a partner in Freshfields’ London competition team. He helps clients manage their strategy in relation to competition law issues and covers all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including merger control, antitrust, market reviews and State aid. He has extensive recent experience of guiding financial institutions through complex merger control processes.

Qualified at Freshfields in 2003 and became partner in 2014. Martin is based in both London and Brussels.
