Marty Murphy defends companies and individuals in criminal and civil investigations and represents businesses, educational institutions, and other law firms in high-stakes civil litigation. He also conducts investigations for corporate boards and committees in areas that are the focus of government enforcement actions, including issues in the healthcare, medical device, and financial services industries. He has tried over 40 cases before state and federal courts and arbitration panels, and argued over a dozen appeals. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the former President of the Boston Bar Association.
