Mariano Magide joined Uría Menéndez in 2000 and he is a partner of the firm since 2009.

Mariano focuses his practice on all aspects of constitutional and administrative law (public contracts, public infrastructures, infringement proceedings, telecommunications, health, etc.) as well as administrative litigation.

In matters of constitutional law, he has taken part in the drafting of legal opinions on the distribution of powers between Regional and Central Government, the sources of law in constitutional law sources and constitutional rights. As regards his administrative law practice, he has advised private entities and public authorities on legal administrative issues related to the contracting activities of public authorities, authorisations and permits, public property, sanctioning proceedings, aids, energy, telecommunications, public infrastructure, liability of public authorities, etc. He regularly appears before Spain's contentious-administrative courts.
