Mariana Casella

Practice Areas

Lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of the Republic (UDELAR). Postgraduate degree in Labour Law (University of Montevideo).

She focuses her practice on labour law representing both national and international companies from different areas of practice, and has specialized for +15 years in the management of collective labour matters, being appointed delegate for the employer sector in the negotiation at the Salary Councils for the Food Industry – Fideerías (noodles).

Since 2014, she has been a Professor of Labour Law at the Law School of Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
