Mariana Fagioli

Mariana Fagioli is a senior member of Castellán’s Corporate/M&A team, with over a decade of experience advising local and international clients on corporate and transactional matters. She holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Universidad de Montevideo (UM).

Her practice focuses on M&A, corporate governance, commercial agreements, regulatory matters and day-to-day corporate advice. She regularly works with multinational groups and sophisticated local clients, combining technical rigor with a practical understanding of their business needs.

Mariana has played a significant role in several of the firm’s major transactions, coordinating due diligence processes, transaction documentation and negotiations, and working closely with clients, counterparties and multidisciplinary teams throughout execution.

She is particularly valued for her responsiveness, attention to detail and ability to manage complex matters efficiently, and has increasingly taken the lead on sophisticated corporate assignments and direct client relationships.

Mariana also contributes to Castellán’s regional development through B-Conex Latam, participating in the coordination of cross-border matters and strengthening the firm’s capabilities across Latin America.
