Maria Penttilä has extensive experience in employment law related matters. During her over 17 years' experience, Maria has gained a wide range of experience in the field of employment law, and in handling various types of civil litigation as well as criminal and administrative proceeding.

Maria has strong experience e.g. civil and criminal proceedings, recruitment procedures, employment and executive contracts, non-competition contracts, termination of employment, cooperation procedures, workplace harassment and other occupational health and safety procedures, administrative processes in both municipal and governmental public service relations. Maria advices regularly also executives in matters related to their employment relationship, such as in termination agreement negotiations. In addition to representing parties in arbitration, Maria acts as an arbitrator in employment law disputes.
