Elmiira Kutvonen is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate and a member of Roschier’s Employment practice. Elmiira specializes in employment law with a wide range of focus areas, including transactional employment law, internal investigations, employment disputes and general employment law advice. She has particular experience advising on matters concerning collective termination of employment, co-operation procedures, collective bargaining agreements and local agreements, cross-border employee arrangements, incentive schemes and equal treatment of employees, and related litigation.
Elmiira joined Roschier in 2018. Her previous experience includes one-year court training at the District Court of Helsinki. She currently acts as a Secretary of the Finnish Labour Law Association.
