María Lucía Laserna

Lawyer specialized in Labor and Evidence Law. She has seventeen years of experience in Corporate Employment Law and Social Security consultancy, restructuring processes, due diligence and collective bargaining. She manages legal case proceedings and cassation. She is the Leader of the Labor Audit and the UGPP areas. Some of her clients are: colpensiones, Bancoldex, Mercer, Ashmore group, REFICAR, SHANDONG KERUI Petroleum, Mansarovar Energy, CEPSA Colombia, PRODIEL Colombia, Proelectrica, Genser power, Thales Group, Softline, Holcim.

She has a J.D. and a specialization degree in labor law from Universidad Javeriana, and a specialization in Evidence Law from Universidad Sergio Arboleda. She has a Master's Degree in Labor Relations at the School of Labor and Industrial Relations at Cornell University (ILR SCHOOL in New York) and currently pursuing an Executive LLM - Master in Laws at London School of Economics

She conducts the Procedural Employment Law research seminar (since 2016) and she is an Assistant Professor of Employment Law research seminar at the post-graduate program in Labor Law at Universidad Javeriana. She teaches labor law at the Company Law specialization program at Universidad de Los Andes. She taught Labor Law Principles (post-graduate program) at Universidad Sergio Arboleda.

Member of the directive council of the labour bar association and until 2019 she was general secretary for it.
