Claudia Liévano Triana

She has been Labour law counsel for more than thirty years, exclusively in issues related to individual and collective Labour law and social security. She has been the leader of retirement plans, collective bargaining processes and restructuring plans. In addition she has litigated in a large number of lawsuits before the ordinary Labour judges as well as cassation proceedings before the Honorable Supreme Court of Justice. Some of her clients are some of the largest companies in Colombia: Bayer, Sodexo, Uniminuto, Sierracol, ISA, Parko Services, RCN, ITAU, Bancamia, Experian, Bimbo, Mazda.

Lawyer of the Universidad Javeriana, specialized in Labour Law and Social Security in the same University. She was manager professor of the Law School of the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano and Labour law professor of the Universidad Sergio Arboleda for more than 10 years. Currently she conducts the Substantive Labour Law Seminar at postgraduate degree in Labour Law at the Universidad Javeriana. She has been lecturer of several national Labour law forums and congresses.
