Mari Reitzel Bjerke

Mari Reitzel Bjerke specializes in renewable energy, contract law/construction law and litigation, and has 17 years’ experience as an adviser to players within the renewable energy sector, especially from working with issues related to power generation (wind and hydro power), grid development, regulatory matters, and transactions within the energy sector.

Mari has extensive litigation experience, and construction law competence, especially from working with the development of power production facilities within hydropower and wind power.

She also has a background as deputy judge in the District Court of Follo, and is co-author of Interlaw’s Book on Renewable Energies (2015), and of the legislative commentaries on energy law (Gyldendal Rettsdata).
