He works for leading companies in the energy, mining, and heavy industry sectors. He has experience in resolving post-trade disputes, including post-M&A. He has represented numerous foreign investors in disputes against various countries. Additionally, he has represented companies in multiple disputes against the European Commission before the CJEU concerning the gas market and competition law violations. As a pioneer, he introduced Third Party Funding for disputes to the Polish market. He also serves as an arbitrator, both as a party nominee and as a presiding arbitrator.
He is the Polish ambassador for the Vienna International Arbitration Center under the VIAC CAN initiative and is a recommended arbitrator for many arbitration institutions.
