Eleonora’s secondary regulatory focus is on tobacco regulations and food regulations. In the last 7 years her work comprises approvals of all advertising materials and packaging artworks of top 3 tobacco company and top 3 FMCG company.
As head of the Competition law department, she advices on merger clearances, vertical agreements, parallel trade with pharmaceuticals and other goods, RPM, price fixings, etc. Eleonora’s work includes also unfair commercial and consumer practices.
As a result of her regulatory and competition law focus, Eleonora represents all her clients before courts of all instances in Bulgaria. She also has experience in both national and international commercial arbitration. Eleonora is member of the team representing an investor in its ICSID claim against the Republic of Bulgaria. She represents clients in commercial disputes and private damages claims.
