Marc Nufer is a founding Partner of Eversheds Sutherland in Switzerland. He heads the corporate and M&A practice in Switzerland.
Marc specializes in M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations, with a strong focus on private equity, industrials and real estate matters. He regularly advises in setting up and structuring new business in Switzerland. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland Marc worked for several years in the transaction support team of a big four accounting firm in Switzerland and New York (USA) and in business law firms.
Marc has been admitted to the bar in Switzerland and holds a Master degree in international business law from the University of St Gall. He is a member of several boards of Swiss companies and is recognised by the Swiss stock exchange (SIX Swiss Exchange) as a trusted representative of issuers.
