Marc is a partner at BarentsKrans. Marc is a specialist in the field of data and technology. His interest in technology and innovation keeps him at the forefront of advising on current data governance developments, such as on the GDPR, AI Act, Data Act, NIS2 and DORA. He advises clients on their data strategy, both with regard to personal data and other valuable business data, and guides clients on national and cross-border privacy and cybersecurity issues.

In addition, Marc regularly supports clients in negotiations for sourcing and IT projects, including claims arising from failed IT projects.
