Manuel is the partner in charge of Mayora & Mayora’s office in El Salvador. With over twenty years of legal practice, he has been a founding partner of other regionally important law firms, including Telles & Associates. In 2015, Telles & Associates merged with Mayora & Mayora of Guatemala and Honduras.

He has wide-ranging and extensive experience as a banking and financial attorney for national and foreign companies and institutions. He has also advised on corporate and international franchising matters, including for well-known clients such as Papa John´s Pizza, Neoen Energy and Aeroman. He has been a member of drafting commissions for numerous legislative bills related to banking, securities and finance.
