Odín Guillén Leiva

Odín is the partner in charge of Mayora & Mayora’s office in Honduras. He specializes in corporate, business entity and international law and litigation. He advises important clients in a wide variety of industries such as energy, food and beverage, NGOs, among others. He is also an arbitrator and secretary at the Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Tegucigalpa.

He holds a master’s degree and other postgraduate studies in International Law and International Relations. He has appeared as an attorney before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and is a university professor and opinion columnist for La Tribuna, an important Honduran newspaper. He is currently a doctoral candidate in Economic Law and International Commerce at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
