Claudia has been a part of Mayora & Mayora since 1998, making partner in 2004. She currently heads the Corporate and M&A practice area, and is vice-president of the Banking and Finance and Commercial practice groups.

International agencies and publications such as Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500 and Latin Lawyer, among others, have recognized her as a leading attorney in banking, finance, corporate and M&A matters, having made a name for herself in complex national and international cases. She has advised globally recognized clients such as Marriott International, Chevron and Citibank, among others. She was also on the firm´s team responsible for privatizing the telecommunications industry in Guatemala.

She is on the Board for the Pro Bono Association of Guatemala as a representative of the firm, an important institutional initiative. Lastly, she participates annually in various international conferences and conventions organized by professional and academic institutions.
