Maciej Ślusarek is the Managing Partner and co-leader of the IP/TMT practice at SKP law firm. He specialises in intellectual property law, new technologies, image protection, IT, reputation and good name protection, privacy, and personal data. His trademark is precedent-setting litigation and trials concerning the protection of the personal rights of individuals and corporations. Due to his experience in this area, he often advises on public image issues and its protection.

Maciej has advised on hundreds of the biggest artistic and production projects in Poland. He has carried out projects for producers, artists, book and press publishers, advertising agencies, public relations, and media houses. Talented negotiator - for his clients, Maciej signs the best contracts, supports them in the sale and licensing of copyrights and related rights, and helps them with legal issues related to the preparation, production, and broadcast of advertising and their protection against unfair competition.
