Jakub Falkowski is a Senior of Counsel in the IP Tech department of Baker McKenzie, Warsaw. He regularly advises on technology and outsourcing transactions and counsels companies in the media and technology sectors on digital media issues. He also has considerable experience advising on privacy matters. Additionally, he has dealt with IP issues, particularly with matters relating to technology transfer, unfair competition practices, copyrights, digital media, and e-commerce advisory. Jakub also advises on a range of issues relevant to the FinTech space, including on privacy, cloud sourcing and data utilization, regulatory compliance, digital transformation and product creation and distribution (e.g. blockchain and AI- based).
