Ms. Rzonca is Chair of Ballard Spahr's Intellectual Property Department. She has 28 years of experience prosecuting and defending patent, trademark, advertising, and copyright cases in courts across the country and before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She partners with clients on their innovation and branding initiatives. She provides strategic global brand portfolio counseling and enforcement. Lynn is also a registered patent attorney.
