Mr. Yu has years of substantial experience in dispute resolution, successfully securing favorable judgments before the Supreme People’s Court for many clients. In the domain of environmental resources, he has made significant contributions to many environmental legislation initiatives. He has represented many government departments, multinational companies, large central enterprises, and listed companies in environmental compliance, risk review, emergency response to major environmental incidents, and environmental public interest litigation. A post-doctoral researcher at the Central University of Finance and Economics, Mr. Yu is among the first lawyers to provide legal services for blockchain technology. He has done innovative research in the fields of distributed data protection, digital currency, digital assets, and other financial technologies, and has provided legal services to notable digital enterprises, such as Amazon, Bitmain, 8btc, and Xunlei. His experience in investment and M&A is also extensive.
